This is an apt place for nature lovers. Morning walk inside their estate is wonderful. Ideal place to relax and cherish yourself. Staffs are are soo good n warm that you don't feel like in an different place. Ideal time to visit n enjoy this place must be after June July.

I am writing this review with clear conscience and without any ulterior motive. Resort is managed by untrained staff. 1. I sought assistance with regard to nearest point where I can get down from Public transport bus from kochi from the gentlemen whose details were given to me by booking office. Details were provided to me after third reminder. 2. Check in is lengthy process wherein preprinted form is given to you to fill up your details. 3. Being a solo traveler I was given worst view room though I paid the same amount. However, on my insistence they changed inspite of me being first one to check in that day and all the rooms were vacant. 4. Rooms are absolutely par below average with dirty linen. Towels seem 10 years old. Broken basin with washroom getting locked on its own and you need to remove the key from power source to open washroom. 5. I had been traveling entire night and morning. I reached resort at 11 in the morning and I sought something to eat from restaurant which was denied since lunch timing is from 1 to 3. 6. In the evening I sought snacks at 7.30 pm which was denied since it was dinner time. 7. It felt like I have to boarding school where everything is based on timing. Resort is 20 km away from city and there is no other place where one can go and eat. 8. A complete wastage of effort and money. I had booked the property for three days, checked out after two days without taking any refund. 9. Staff is totally untrained and felt like they are running a dhaba. 10. Don’t waste your money and time on this property.

Good resort. View from room is excellent. Beautiful mountains and forest around. Staff at restaurant was good. Food needs to be ordered early. Insects all around۔ It is 15km away from munnar town. Delux rooms are 2km away from the reception. You cannot come out without their vehicles. Not recommended as town is far away and it takes almost one hour to reach the munnar town.

Very good resort within budget.View from room is excellent.we had choosen mountain view room.Big mountain and forest is surrounded to this property.staffs atr very good.room service is quick.food needs to be ordered before 1hr atleast,so that they can prepare and inform you over the phone.we stayed in Dew drops farm resort in farm room property.yes, but away from city centre.they keep lots of animals in the property which is very attractive.

Munnar is a land of memories and it was very beautifully created by dew drops resort...peaceful stay and staffs were very friendly ..could add some more food in your menu .language was a problem here.
